Refunds under Assured Return Policy claims are restricted to refundable/Premier Packages only. There are certain Policies that Govern the terms of sale and purchase with DreamGains Financials India Private Limited. 

General Policies of refund are listed below. These are policies you are expected to adhere to strictly:-

• You must trade on all our calls. In case you do not trade on all our calls, we still consider the profit or loss percentage of that particular call.
• You have to strictly follow our calls and have to enter and exit on the time and levels mentioned by us.
• You need to buy minimum 2 lots per call.
• It is mandatory that you have to book partial profits when we send the message to do so.
• You have to book 50% of your profit when we send message to book partial profit.
• You have to move stop loss to cost after booking partial profit.
• You have to book the remaining 50% of your holdings when we send the message to book more profit.
• Customers must have margin in their accounts for all trades and have an account with broker who can trade on time. 
• In case of any doubts customers have to call and confirm. 
• Customers can judge the performance of our product over a period of first 30 days of their subscription and after that they will get a buffer period of one week to claim their refund after submitting their trading statements. Claims made after one week buffer period and before the first 30 days of their subscription will not be entitled for any refund in any circumstances.

The customer is liable for a refund only, wherein the monthly return is LESS THAN the percentage of returns assured and on strict adherence to the above mentioned terms and conditions.
